1. Panel Urges Creation of Day Laborer Centers by Kirk Semple. Members of the Bay Parkway Community Job Center have made specific recommendations for the development of day laborer models.
2. Temporary Commission on Day Laborer Job Centers. WJP’s  Bay Parkway Community Job Center became a job center model to examine the feasibility of fostering public/private partnerships to develop and implement job centers for day laborers.
